Our German entree´s feature "Auntie Emma," "Erich's Favorite," "Helmut," or the "mustard chicken Gundel" as our guests' favorites amongst countless other choices. While stressing the domestic tried and true, we strive to include a foreign flair as well. Juicy grilled steaks, light pasta and salad dishes, clever veggie plates, and seasonally accented choices from our mini-Mauer kitchen offer plenty to savor.


Using local and regional products for our carefully prepared dishes creates that "like home" feeling while being environmentally responsible.
